Car Agreement
Part I: Contract Overview
Both parties, based on the principles of voluntariness, integrity, and mutual benefit, agree to the following terms regarding investment and operation of the virtual car project.
Part II: Investment Target
The investment target is the virtual car operation unit provided by the Madar platform.
Each unit has a unique identification number corresponding to the car model and city.
Each car unit is used for simulated urban mobility and virtual ride-hailing operations within the platform.
Part III: Investment Amount and Returns

Party A (Investor) has the right to receive daily earnings credited automatically to their wallet.
Party A acknowledges that simulated ride orders are credited up to 3 times per day, approximately 4 hours apart.
Party B (Platform) shall maintain the operation of simulated rides and credit earnings transparently.
Party B guarantees that all investment units operate within the platform's simulation framework.
The platform provides daily operational reports and income data visible in the user dashboard.
Part V: Liability and Risk
This investment is non-refundable. Once an order is placed, the principal is deployed and earnings begin accruing.
In the event of platform maintenance, operations may be temporarily suspended, with earnings paused accordingly.
If operations are suspended due to force majeure, the platform shall extend the rental period or provide equivalent compensation.
Part VI: Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt amicable negotiation.
This agreement may be executed electronically and shall have the same legal effect as a physical signature.
Part VII: Additional Provisions
The investor confirms full understanding of the project's nature and associated risks.
This agreement shall not be regarded as a securities or fund product.
Upon confirmation of the rental order, the agreement becomes effective immediately.
